Ronkonkoma, NY— Techno CNC Systems is pleased to announce the successful installation of their 8ft. x 20ft. HD-XL model CNC Router.

The Betterley Twin-Trim Router trims and finishes laminate in two uninterrupted operations, says the company. The non-marring guide first rough trims the laminate within 1/16-in. on the first pass. The router is then rotated to finish the edge without filing — using one tool, one bit, no lubricant and no adjustments. It is also completely adjustable horizontally and vertically for any thickness of laminate with just one bit. It's controlled spacing means users cannot over-cut laminate.

Available from Scm Group, the Stefani Solution XD edgebander is designed for both high production and batch-one production woodworking operations. The compact machine offers speeds up to 30 mpm, with immediate setup possible for up to three rounded edges from a single touch on the screen. Stefani's patented Slim-Line technology delivers glue through a slot device, providing a glue line thickness of 0.08 to 0.1mm on the edgebanding.

The MultiCam 3000 Series is designed to cut a variety of materials such as wood, composites, plastic, foam and non-ferrous metals.
