Tafisa Canada, North America's leader in particleboard and TFL decorative panel manufacturing, has launched its high-end Sommet Series for customers looking to provide unprecedented design and innovation.

Next Wave Automation says its CNC Shark HD3 is ideal for use in companies that require a CNC router with a small footprint. It has a heavy-duty, commercial grade construction and uses a 2-1/4-hp router or the company's new water-cooled spindle. The CNC Shark can be used for heavy cutting, carving and machining on wood, composite panels, soft metals or plastics.

Osync is another step in the Industry 4.0 movement to automation.

CNC Access has been added to Thermwood's Cut Ready - Cut Center, allowing people without extensive programming or CNC training to quickly and easily to make a wide variety of products including cabinets, closets and related products. The system can also operate as a Cut Center with no CNC programming. Using eCabinet Systems software users can custom design products and add them to the Cut Center libraries for machining by the Cut Center with no further programming.

The IconFAST SP panel saw features the patented Giben PM moving clamp technology with cut lengths of 3300mm/3800mm/4400mm (10 ft/12 ft/14 ft) and a blade projection of 105mm/115mm/140mm (4.1 in./4.5 in./5.5 in.).

The Centaurus is a moving gantry, fixed table CNC router equipped with the features and components used on Limtech’s Orion and Pegasus series.

Komo says the Independent Programmable Technology (IPT) on its CNC routers allows you to run multiple short cycles on one table while running a long cycle on the other.

Available from Holz-Her, the Pro-Master 7125 5-axis machining can process workpieces up to 210mm in height from the top of the suction cups, while the 7225 model can handle workpieces of 300mm in height.

Biesse says its Rover C machining center is ideal for manufacturing furniture, architectural millwork, staircases and window and door components of any shape, size and thickness with ease.
