YWP-2015_300x250_0.jpg

It's not too late to enter the 2nd Annual Young Wood Pro contest. Part of Young Woodworking Professionals Week, the contest is open until August 28. It's easy to  join in -- just post a wood project you've done, with the hashtag #YWPweek.

At the culmination of YWPweek, Woodworking Network will award the Young Woodworking Professional who has demonstrated the highest degree of skill in a woodworking project: furniture, cabinet, art object, turning - you name it.

The winner will get a full write-up on our site and in Woodworking Network publications. You’ll also receive a trophy worthy of a woodworker and be honored during Awards Night at the Cabinets & Closets Conference & Expo 2016, March 22-24 in Pasadena (The last winner, Martin Goebel, flew out to Cabinets & Closets Conference & Expo in Schaumburg, IL to claim his award).
