Sunrise, FL. - Fabelli Group, an Italian furniture manufacturer and importer, recently expanded its operations with the acquisition of a warehouse – and new HQ – in Sunrise, Florida. The acquisition will allow the Italian furniture maker to enter a market that it says is dominated by Chinese imports.

Fabelli will use the warehouse as a distribution point for shipping products to U.S. furniture dealers, particularly on the East Coast, across Florida and in parts of Texas. Prior to acquiring the 13,000 sq. ft. facility, the European-made case goods and leather beds manufacturer sold only direct containers to furniture dealers.

By offering European-style furniture that it says is of higher quality than what's produced in Asia, and having that furniture located right in the U.S.,  Fabelli hopes to achieve a competitive edge in the region.

“Our Sunrise warehouse will make it even easier for us to maintain a competitive edge over Asian furniture companies by offering to our U.S. dealer partners unique designs and higher quality furniture that is built to last,” said Alberto Ghiandoni, owner of sister company Domus Arredi and vice president of Fabelli Group. “We sell direct from the factory to our retail partners."

Fabelli will stock a wide range of furniture styles and options at the warehouse.
