MORRISTOWN, N.C. – IMA-Schelling technicians got ready for the challenges of the new year by receiving training during the company’s annual three-day Service Department Meeting. They were able to gain knowledge and information through several meetings and training courses in December.

All technicians were equipped with updated tools and uniforms, and attended several industry-based meetings discussing current trends and statistics, progress and new developments in individual departments, and overall planning for 2017.

Technicians also reviewed all service department policies and procedures, and received training on new technologies and department advancements, as the company’s goal for 2017 is to go entirely paperless with service visit reporting and technical machine information.

They also discussed continued efforts to increase in-house parts and tool inventories, and reviewed and were refreshed on customer service protocols. For information see http://imaschelling.us/.
