HIGH POINT, N.C. -- HPFi (High Point Furniture Industries) announced that it completed its fiscal year 2017 with another strong finish. The company’s project-driven contract and educational segments continue to grow, and the company’s manufacturing facilities have started to work overtime.

HPFi reports that it is beginning to experience extended lead times. This is affecting both the casegoods operation and seating location. The following lead times are being incorporated into project schedules: Casegoods, five to six weeks production time; Upholstered seating, six to seven weeks production time.

HPFi normally reserves a portion of their capacity to meet published lead times for their NOW and QS Quick Ship program orders. Until they return to their normal production schedules the company is temporarily suspending those Quick Ship programs. They hope to resume the NOW and QS programs and lead times by October 1.

HPFi operates a 4,100 square feet showroom and two manufacturing facilities in High Point, North Carolina, with more than 40 0,000 square feet of manufacturing space. See http://hpfi.com.
