The iGiotto system by Falcioni, used for spraying large, multi-dimensional, vertical surfaces, will be shown by Cefla at the Xylexpo trade exhibition May 24-28, in Milan, Italy.

Featuring a two-gun application head, it can be used for wood, plastics, and other materials. The iGiotto reportedly features programming ease and flexibility, low coatings use due to accuracy and consistent application.

The complete system integrates the best coating technologies with modern water-based products and a manipulator robot specifically suited for the pieces coating, and the ability to accommodate large dimensions. It is particularly suitable for the coating of small lots, passing on a double rail overhead conveyor.

According to Cefla, the system offers a high level of repeatability, application of long-lasting coatings because of the use of two guns, reduced finish consumption because of its quickness of movement.
