BauschLinnemann acquires Coastal Papers

GREENSBORO, NC — Overlay supplier BauschLinnemann North America announces the acquisition of Coastal Papers. Based in South Carolina, Coastal Papers has become a major supplier of EBC products since its inception more than 16 years ago by Don Calhoun and Chuck Motte.

Michael Phillips, CEO and president of BauschLinnemann North America, stated, “This acquisition and the continued contributions of Don and Chuck will provide BauschLinnemann North America with domestic manufacturing for improved service and growth. For our combined customer group, we will be able to offer complete surfacing solutions, including foils, edgings, profile wrap, backers and pre-applied adhesives.”
