Conboy is an advocate for programs to hire returning veterans, and actively promotes veteran recruiting at Eco Building Products website.

NBC's George to the Rescue features home improvement guru George Oliphant offering remodeling assistance to deserving families, frequently returning U.S. veterans,  while tackling home renovation projects across America.
