GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Wood industry technology provider Stiles Machinery says it has a new affiliation with Aurands Machinery & Automation, a Middleburg, PA equipment service operation.
Aurands has been providing service and technical assistance for woodworking equipment for 12 years; principals Randy and Steve Aurand had a long-standing relationship with Stiles prior to opening their own company, and so undersstand Stiles technology.
Stiles says it will be responsible for scheduling service visits by Aurands, whose technicians will receive the same on-going wood manufacturing systems product training as Stiles own field service representatives. Direct access to Stiles technical support and parts is also available to Aurands technicians.
