GARNER, NC - Pergo, manufacturer of laminate flooring has a new owner and a new landlord for its distribution center in Garner.
Exeter Property Group of Plymouth, PA, recently purchased the 180,000-square-facility for $8 million from a group made up of four family trusts. The seller had paid $9.2 million for the property in 2003, according to the Triangle Business Journal.
Late last month, Mohawk Industries purchased Pergo, including its manufacturing facilities in Garner and Sweden, for $150 million from Pfleiderer.
The distribution center occupies 10.8 acres and includes 175,220 square feet of warehouse and 4,770 square feet of office space.
