Leuco Tool Corp. VILLA RICA, GA - Leuco Tool Corp. has acquired D&D Tool and Engineering Inc. of Brea, CA. The cutting tool manufacturer said the acquisition will enable Leuco to expand its sales and services in the West Coast area.
Leuco said in a statement that it "will continue, to invest significant amounts of funding in new capital equipment to supply high quality tooling and services to its customers." D&D Tool has offered cutting tools sales and service in the Southern California area for 30 years.
