MISSISSAUGA, ON - Homag Canada is assembling a tour of innovative woodworking businesses in Europe.
The woodworking machinery company's tour will visit high-tech operations in Switzerland, France and Germany. Tour attendees depart on Sept. 21 and return Sept. 29.
Homag said the factory visits will allow attendees to "see first-hand how the implementation of new technology combined with smart automation concepts does make a difference."
In addition to tours of seven high-tech woodworking plants, the tour will include visits to Homag's and Holzma's manufacturing facilities, plus sightseeing.
