DULUTH, GA - Wood products insurance carrier American Lumber Underwriters announced that Bob Frick will retire from his position as company president later this year.
The company also annoounced two personnel moves.
Craig Glander will join American Lumber Underwriters as vice president of sales effective July 23. An 18-year veteran of the insurance industry, Glander most recently served as vice president of field executive services for Woodus K. Humphrey & Co. Inc.
American Lumber Underwriters also announced the promotion of Mark Woodhull to vice president of underwriting. He joined the company in August 2010.
Finck will maintain president for an undefined period of time to "ensure a seamless transition in leadership," the company said.
“I have enjoyed helping American Lumber Underwriters build great products and secure new clients. With Craig and Mark stepping into their new roles, I see even greater potential ahead.”
American Lumber Underwriters specializes is insuring wood products manufacturers and retail and wholesale distributors of lumber, building products and hardware. It is the wholesale division of Members Insurance Agency Inc.
