Adwood Breaks Ground on New Warehouse

Adwood Corp.Adwood President Rudi Stockinger HIGH POINT, NC - Adwood Corp. has broken ground on a new warehouse facility that will double the size of the operation at the company's headquarters in High Point, NC. Adwood President Rudolf Stockinger said the new structure will house an additional 20,000 square feet of climate-controlled floor space.

Adwood’s new warehouse is set to open during the second quarter of this year. According to the company, it will feature a state-of-the-art inventory system and automated order fulfillment equipment for expedited shipments and increased accuracy of orders to customers.

The woodworking machinery supplier said a significant increase in demand for its line of panel processing machines led to the expansion. Even larger growth has been seen in Adwood’s supplies division, Tapes & Tools, which carries edgebanding, adhesives, trimming tools, clamps and portable edgebanding equipment, the company added.
