GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Stiles Machinery will be offering live demonstrations on more than 50 floor machines at the International Woodworking Fair in Atlanta, spread across their nearly 26,000 square foot booth, reported to be the largest display of technology at the show.

Stiles has expanded their booth presentation by more than 20 percent from the 2014 show and will introduce new, innovative equipment for both panel and solid wood processing manufacturers of all sizes, as well as those looking for the latest in finishing and surface technologies. The physical booth structure has changed also.

“The goal this year is to provide our guests a comprehensive experience of all of Stiles Machinery’s many attributes,” explained Chris Dolbow,

IWF show chairman at Stiles. Dolbow said that the new booth properties were created to offer the show attendee choices on how they would like to experience their visit to the Stiles’ booth.

Improved sight lines and hospitality experiences, machine presentation, and advanced digital interaction are all part of the display.

The company will also be unveiling fully autonomous cutting technology to the U.S. market at this year’s IWF. This new, intelligent technology improves cutting batch-size-one or short-run custom cutting by completely redefining part flow in customized production using fully-automated processes and unlimited recuts for single panel processing.

The technology will be featured in Stiles’ Batch Size One Production work cell demonstration. Stiles will also be highlighting new equipment advancements for zero edge technologies, robotic spray finishing, Industry 4.0 technologies, solid wood processing, five-axis CNC technologies and more.
