IWF 2016 crowds swell on show's second day

ATLANTA - IWF opened with an incredibly strong start Wednesday, as over 1,080 exhibitors showcased the latest woodworking technology and machinery. The show attendance surged todadaily tally moves the show toward a likely 24,000 people in attendance.

Attendees are seeigng the latest in CNC machinery, edgebanding, hardware, panels, fasteners, and more, across two exhibit halls here at the Georgia World Congress Center.

Educational sessions have already set additional records for tickets sold in advance. Yesterday, six full-day symposiums drew hundreds to subjects ranging from finishing to countertops to engineered wood. Many more education and technical training sessions will take place through the 27th, when the show closes.
