ATLANTA, GA - The Residential Construction and Remodeling Expo, a new meeting place for the international building industry, premieres in Atlanta’s Georgia World Congress Center on October 7 – 9, 2014. Established by the U.S. subsidiary NürnbergMesse, the expo focuses on new building and remodeling of private houses and is intended for the broad target group of building planners and contractors.
“RCRE in Atlanta enables us to develop another key market for one of our main themes,” says Wolfgang Kranz, Member of the Management Board and Executive Director International at NürnbergMesse. “The Residential Construction and Remodeling Expo is a suitable addition to our building and construction product family, with which NürnbergMesse can develop and consolidate its presence in the USA.”
Just last year, the US building industry recovered appreciably after a five-year slump. Now one of the driving forces in the American economy, signs indicate growth for the private housing sector.
The Residential Construction and Remodeling Expo will assemble architects, interior designers, landscape gardeners, engineers, building contractors, and tradesmen. The trade show aims to inform the international building industry about new products and services, while also acting as a platform for professional exchange and networking.
The product spectrum will include segments such as interior finishing, sanitary engineering, air conditioning, machines and tools, exterior design, fire protection and building security.
In cooperation with the top associations in the industry, NürnbergMesse North America Inc. will also be organizing a congress on the first day of the event with seminars and workshops that examine current developments and trends in the building industry.
