MityLite Furniture Acquires Carroll Chair

Hospitality furnishings manufacturer MityLite acquired Carroll Chair, a hospitality seating manufacturer based in Onalaska, Wisconsin.

“MityLite recognizes that the hospitality industry is driven by a dynamic, ever-evolving environment in which suppliers must bring new levels of ingenuity,” said MityLite CEO John Dudash.

They had previously partnered with the design firm in 2013 to create a custom banquet chair for a major hotel project in Las Vegas.  .
