The second in the series Blackboard Sessions was held by C.R. Onsrud over three days in early June in Troutman North Carolina. More than 70 cabinet, furniture and millwork manufacturing management personnel attended the event, which was designed to go in depth on the S Series CNC Router.

C.R. Onsrud has a large number of these machines in operation throughout the market manufacturing parts and components. Attendees heard technology presentations on all phases of machine programming and operation followed by hands on parts machining demonstrations.

"We have uncovered a real need to go in deep on a specific machine group or industry application in a factory setting with a full review and demo of capabilities on specific applications,” said C.R. Onsrud’s Matt Jenkins at the first session in March. “The plan is to organize the Blackboard Sessions quarterly as we range through our extensive line."
