TRIM ROUTER CIRCLE JIG

Rockler Woodworking and Hardware introduces the Trim Router Circle Cutting Jig, a device that interfaces with trim routers for precise circle routing applications. The jig outfits trim routers for portable circle cutting applications and allows an infinitely adjustable range of 6" to 36" circle cutting diameters, says the company. It is compact enough to fit in most tool boxes and lightweight making it easily portable for use on job sites as well as at home in the shop. The Trim Router Circle Cutting Jig is pre-drilled to fit many router models from Porter Cable, DeWalt and Bosch and can easily be drilled to fit other less common routers, says Rockler. It is made of 1/4" phenolic. The center pivot pin is tightened with a fourstar knob and T-bolt to ensure that the jig stays in place throughout the routing process.
