CUSTOMIZABLE BASE CABINET ORGANIZATION SYSTEM

Häfele America Co. introduces the SmartCab Storage System, a cabinet organization system which can be custom-configured to store a wide variety of household items into a standard base cabinet.  The SmartCab Storage System is an IWF 2012 Challengers Award Entry. The unit is designed to fit into a 15” or 18” cabinet with a drawer above the door and to maximize usable space. It is fully customizable without requiring a full height door, says the company. The system’s  interchangeable storage  options and inserts include cutting boards, spice organizers and roll managers for foils and wraps. SmartCab  fits in a standard kitchen base cabinet with a door/drawer configuration, providing a functional option while helping to make items stored in base cabinets more accessible, says the company. SmartCab mounts to the base with four screws and includes soft-close runners.
