Viridian Reclaimed Wood introduces its Siberian Spruce paneling line milled from reclaimed Russian crating material. Siberian Spruce, a mix of slow-growing spruce and pine from subarctic Russia, is available in 5/8 or 3/4thicknesses, with a face width of 3, and in random lengths from 4 – 8+.  The material, which offers the rustic look of an Alpine lodge, has a light yellow color, suitable for contemporary installations as well. The material accepts stains very well, making it a versatile choice to color match to other woods, says the company.  Viridian offers it prefinished and in custom stains and profiles. Viridian paneling can contribute points toward the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Credits: MRc3: (Materials Reuse), MRc4 (Recycled Content), MRc5 (Regional Materials) and MRc7 (Certified Wood).
