MULTI-SPINDLE WORK CENTER

Solid Wood Systems offers the Comec MD Plus CNC multi-spindle work center for machining solid wood and panel products. Capabilities include: drilling, mortising and milling operations, as well as cutting and profiling. They also can be equipped with a frontal automatic loader, complete with a parts magazine and discharger/collector.  Depending on the machine’s configuration, it is possible to work up to five sides of the piece, the company says.
