HIGH SPEED CNC DOWEL INSERTION MACHINE

Stiles Machinery introduces the Weeke ABD 050 CNC Dowel Insertion Machine, which performs high speed drilling, gluing, and dowel insertion. It offers horizontal and vertical drilling capabilities for any shop that produces frameless cabinetry, furniture, components and more, says the company, and processes up to four work pieces at once. The machine features CNC control at the X axis, pneumatic control of the center stop, and a closed loop glue flow control system. It is equipped with the Homag woodWOP computer programming software with a three-dimensional full-color view of the work piece. Routing, drilling, or sawing is programmed by entering the machining parameters. The Weeke ABD 050 dowel insertion machine can increase efficiency with its simple and rapid material handling says the manufacturer.
