Extrema Machinery introduces the AM-24 ArchMaster Jig, which it describes as a fast, safe, and efficient machine for arching panels and rails for doors and additionally as a coping jig. The ArchMaster is designed to float on a cushion of air while securely holding the panel or rail with pneumatic clamps, says the company. It is adjustable for different thicknesses, enabling it to be used on both cabinet and entry doors with a width capacity of 24” and a thickness capacity of 2”.  Features on the ArchMaster include single-thumb activation of the clamp and floating cylinder and a self-centering mechanism. CFM requirements are 2 CFM @ 90 PSI.
