RECIPROCATING SPRAYING MACHINE

Stiles Machinery Inc.  |  Updated: September 26, 2012 2:07:00 PM

Stiles Machinery introduces the Makor Q-ONE, a single arm oscillating spray machine utilizing four automatic spray guns, designed for finishing medium to small lots where frequent product changes or intermittent spraying is required. The Q-ONE also has applications for spraying glue and very fast-drying coatings. The conveyor is a self-winding disposable paper roll that eliminates the necessity for a belt cleaning system and the need to clean the machine between jobs, says the company. Features include a spraying enclosure pressurized with filtered air via two intake fans and internal air flow, which is adjustable by means of inverters. The paper feeding and rewind are at opposite ends of the machine for easy access and paper rewinding has a self-adjusting spreader to keep paper flat and evenly wound. The vacuum bed under paper conveyor has an independent blower. The touch screen PLC controller includes spraying recipes and production statistics.
