CNC ROUTER HAS LARGE WORKTABLE

SNX Technologies introduces the SNX 510 CNC router specified by SNX and built in partnership with Boarke Machine Co., Ltd. The SNX 510 has a five by ten-foot steel worktable with a matrix high-flow phenolic surface with four 1” diameter reference pins with sensors. Full table coverage is offered with both the main 12 HP router spindle and the standard 6-spindle, 32mm on-centers drill bank. The 12 HP main spindle uses HSK 63F tooling and the machine features both an 8-position static tool changer and an automatic tool touch off station. The axes drive system uses precision helical racks and digital servo drives. Automatic lubrication for the linear bearing trucks is standard.  An integrated light barrier provides operator safety, says the company. The control system is a PC front-end Syntech Industrial Control.
