CORDED OSCILLATING MULTI-TOOL KIT

Porter-Cable announces the launch of its new, Corded Oscillating Multi-Tool Kit, Model PCE605K, which includes a 3.0 amp motor and a new depth and cutting guide plus Porter-Cable’s Tool-Free System blade change. The oscillating multi-tool is designed for a variety of applications, including cutting, sanding, scraping and grinding. The PCE605K multi-tool delivers up to 10,000-22,000 oscillations per minute and features a depth/cutting guide that provides stability when making long cuts as well as control for making plunge cuts, says the company and it includes a redesigned three-position over mold to provide comfort when operating the tool whether holding the tool in the front, middle or back. The PCE605K also features a 10-foot cord. The Tool-Free System blade change allows for quick change out or adjustment of the position of the accessory depending on the application. The PCE605K multi-tool will be available in September 2012.
