ENHANCED DUST COLLECTION TOOLING

NAP Gladu’s new line of Tooling, the RCN Series, is a collet nut system designed to enhance dust extraction utilizing a customer’s existing dust collection system, tool holder and cutting tool or tools. It addresses the problems of inadequate dust collection on CNC routers, which can result in chips left on the table’s surface along with airborne dust particles, says the company. The RCN Series creates a vacuum in which dust and particulate matter is extracted through the existing dust collection system and offers increased tool life, reduced dust on the machined surface, while promoting a healthier, greener work environment, says the company.
