Three keys to maximizing any cutting tool’s effectiveness or in other words, getting the maximum life out of a particular cutting tool are: select the proper tool for each application;make sure that tool is held/driven properly (tool holder integrity); make sure the tool is run at the correct feed rate and RPM for the application.
