Furniture and interior design duo Ruben Thier and Iris van Daalen "blow soap bubbles into the air" with their round glass bells to showcase "precious objects.'

The Danish designers introduced several variations of their Round Square showcase cabinets that incorporate round glass supported by square wood frames at Milan Design Week in April.

Their and van Daalen made the frames with wenge. The frames doubled as a mould to which water was applied. Then artist Marc Barreda applied his glass blowing skills to create the delicate glass bubbles that became a permanent component of each piece.
