N-Hance Cabinetry Refinishing Expands Franchise Sales
Baird Capital buys Home Depot wood interiors franchiser

LOGAN, UT - N-Hance Revolutionary Wood Renewal, a Logan, Utah-based cabinetry and flooring refinishing franchise, is expanding in the Phoenix market, according to the local Business Journal.

N-Hance markets its system as a process for  refinishing wood cabinets and floors without dust and fumes associated with traditional methods. Shops are franchised and independently owned.

Baird Private Equity acquired Harris Research, Inc., the parent of N-Hance,  from The Home Depot (NYSE: HD) in September 2011.  N-Hance wood refinishing is part of The Home Depot’s kitchen renovations offering, which includes U.S. Homes kitchen cabinetry refacing, which The Home Depot is in the process of acquiring.

The Home Depot continues to offer N-Hance wood refinishing at its retail locations in the United States and Canada, as well as directly to consumers.

N-Hance offers several approaches to floor refinishing, depending on wear levels: basic, hammered (deeply worn or water damaged) and non-sanded.
