Cabinet Makers re-elect Matt Krig as president

CHICAGO - The Cabinet Makers Association - CMA - has named its Board of Directors for the 2016-2017 term.

Matt Krig of Northland Woodworks, Blaine, Minnesota, was re-elected president for the 2016-17 year. This will be his third term as president. Leland Thomasset of Taghkanic Woodworking, Pawling, New York, was elected to serve as vice president. Scott Comstock of Woodperfect Custom Cabinetry in Forney, Texas, was elected to serve another term as treasurer. The newly-elected James Fox of Fox Woodworking, Kimberton, Pennsylvania, will serve as the secretary.

The CMA has also added newly-elected board member Chris Dehmer of Dark Horse Woodworks, Atlanta, who will join Mike Mitchell of Burger Boat in Manitowoc, Wisconsin; and Keith Smith of Keith Smith Custom Builders, Greer, South Carolina; as members-at-large on the Board of Directors.

Completing their terms and exiting the Board are Keith Kreppein of Olde Saratoga Millwork in South Glen Falls, New York, who served as vice president; and David Buchsbaum of Atlanta Closet & Storage Solutions, Atlanta, who served as secretary.

Based in Chicago, the Cabinet Makers Association is a professional organization where cabinetmakers and woodworkers get together and share their hard earned knowledge and experience to help one another
