Cabinets & Closets 2016 will feature the popular "Art of Pricing for Profitability" seminar,  presented again this year by the Cabinet Makers Association expert speaker, David Buchsbaum. The seminar is part of a day-long Custom Cabinets Conference Track on March 22.

Buchsbaum, who owns and operates Atlanta Closet & Storage Solutions - will lead this interactive double session, at the Pasadena Convention Center in Pasadena, CA. The Custom Cabinet Sessions are being held in conjunction with the Cabinets & Closets Expo, March 23-24.

Buchsbaum will help attendees understand how much their company costs to run, how to price their work, and how to make a profit on every single project they bid on.

Attendees will learn how to:
• Find hidden labor and overhead expenses;
• Consider depreciation of assets into their hourly rate;
• Calculate owner/operator value;
• Determine “true” hourly rate; and
• Develop a pricing program that makes them profitable.

The Art of Pricing Profitability is one of a half-dozen sessions in the Cabinets Conference sessions developed in partnership with CMA. , The Cabinets Conference is accompanied by two other tracks: the Closet Conference, and new for 2016, a National Finishing Conference, lead by Phil Stevens.
