ARCHIVED 2014 CABINETS & CLOSETS CONFERENCE & EXPO INFO
The one-day Cabinets & Closets Conference, opening with keynoter Paul Downs, CEO of Paul Downs Cabinetmakers and a small business bloggist for the New York Times, and capped off by the ever-popular Industry Networking Reception, is scheduled for Wednesday, April 9 at the Hotel Somerset - Bridgewater. The conference is organized by the Association of Closet and Storage Professionals (ACSP), Cabinet Makers Association (CMA), Closets magazine and Wood Products.
Additional event supporters include Osborne Wood Products, Gold Sponsor; Titus Group, Gold Sponsor; DC Distributing, Silver Sponsor; and Stiles Machinery, Plant Tour Sponsor.
The Cabinets & Closets Expo, which earned rave reviews in its debut last year in Edison, NJ, is scheduled for Thursday-Friday, April 10-11, at the Garden State Exhibit Center. The move from Edison to Somerset provides anticipated space for expanding the expo that features cabinet and closet hardware, components, computer software, woodworking machinery and other products and services. The 2014 “Total Storage Solutions” event will draw from the inherent similarities and synergies of the dynamic closet and custom cabinet markets, while also paying homage to the distinctive differences that make each of these utilitarian products unique. The event will also capitalize on custom cabinet companies that are crossing over to win closet business and vice verse.
