Bacci America's MasterPro is a double 3-axis machining center with three independent rails & pods tables. Ideal for shaping and sanding cabinet doors and drawers, the machine's two 3-axis operating heads can work independently on separate tables, increasing the machine output. Bacci's MasterPro was a 2017 AWFS Visionary Award finalist.

Featuring tables equipped with automatically-positioned rails and pods that hold and control loaded doors through vacuum, the MasterPro can produce 800 doors - all shaped and sanded in an 8-hour shift.

The MasterPro provides the immediate set up required for a true batch-one process, says Bacci.

Bacci says the MasterPro is the only CNC on the market that features two independent 3-axes spindle units, touch screens for each working table, and a visual 3D interface for pod setup.
