LAS VEGAS - The 2017 AWFS Fair will feature a special Closet and Organized Storage Pavilion. Holz-Her will have a fully operational work cell to design, machine and construct closet systems. The work cell will feature the new Sector vertical panel saw, the Auriga edgebander, and the Evolution Connect vertical CNC center.

The Sector will feature the SuperCut scoring system. It will also be fitted with a 10-inch color screen, full optimization software and label printing. This will enable faster processing of the closet parts with one button selection of the closet module. Labels will be produced and then scanned at the edgebander and the CNC center.

A version of the closets production work cell was shown by Holz-Her at Cabinets & Closets Expo 2017 in April.

The Auriga edgebander will feature automated servo technology for faster setups via label scanning. The Evolution Connect will feature an automated tool changer and a special aggregate for new popular hardware connector fittings.

Closet modules will be selected, and the components will be cut, edgebanded and assembled using a variety of connector fittings and decorative hardware. Show attendees will be able to see the work cell in full automated production every hour, on the hour in Booth 7065. Additional information is available at http://www.holzherusa.com.

AWFS Fair Closets and Home Organization Pavilion is co-sponsored with Closets & Organized Storage magazine.
With its own designated area in the Las Vegas Convention Center, on the AWFS Fair show floor, and is accompanied by a July 18 Closets Symposium, with educational sessions focusing on custom closets, garages, and organized storage.
