This Xmas 'gift' is just plain Goofy SEMINOLE, FL â A married couple, who found about a dozen plywood Christmas decorations bearing Disney characters on their lawn, is seeking to return them to their rightful owner. The couple suspects the festive cartoon cut-outs were put on their lawn about a week before Christmas as a prank. After police were unable to locate the owner, the couple pitched their story to the Seminole Beacon in the hope that the person who made them would step forward and retrieve them. Read more.

Gebhardt of Roseburg remembered Saving Grace Pet Adoption Center in his will, giving the local shelter $40,381.
