I'll be at Cabinets & Closets Expo looking to interview you on the show floor and between conferences. We'll also be handing out trophies to competition winners: Custom Woodworking Business's Design Portfolio and Closets magazine's Top Shelf Awards. Cabinets & Closets 2013, Feb. 27-Mar 1 at the New Jersey Convention Center, will open just as billions of dollars in Federal hurricane recovery aid arrives in the Northeast. It's the place to be for new business, and new ideas.
Woodworkers are resurfacing from the recession. One barometer - the site traffic at WoodworkingNetwork.com this month - is running 25% ahead of last month's pace. Folks are searching finishing information, looking at how-to videos, and hunting down hardware, tools and machinery for the jobs coming in.
We are also seeing a huge interest in outsourced wood components and products - including the new generation of ready-to-assembly cabinet brands like Cabinotch and Streamline. As woodworkers shift around their workload to the least cost production, outsourced doors, drawers, legs, and now cabinet boxes, will be even more essential to business operations.
This Cabinets & Closets Conference & Expo is going to offer lots of outsourced wood products, as well as an amazing selection of inventive hardware that can open doors to new products you may not even have through of in home storage solutions.

Registration is now open - and the price is right: Cabinets & Closets Expo tickets are free through January 26.
