Some parts of the woodworking business may be slow to change, but we are all living in a world that’s changing quickly. Responding to the wood industry’s need for technical inspiration and information, Vance debuts the free-standing Wood Tech Summit on October 22-23 in Vancouver, BC.

Finishing is the first-day focus for this executive-level event for North American woodwork professionals. Set at the downtown campus of the University of British Columbia, it is staged in collaboration with the Centre for Advanced Wood Processing (CAWP), just two hours drive from Seattle.

Keynoter Buzz

Buzz from custom woodworkers will certainly build around the keynote by craftsman extraordinaire Judson Beaumont, iconic furniture designer and manufacturer and the owner of Straight Line Designs
