Doors Produced With Careful Control
TaylorCraft Cabinet Door Co. says its doors are distinguished from other sources by an efficient and exacting production process and quality control methods. Materials are sourced from an onsite wood supplier for faster lead times and more quality control than cabinet door companies with off-site suppliers. Wood is color and grain matched by machine and by hand. Door parts are sanded and de-nibbed using a 10 step sanding and surfacing process. TaylorCraft conducts strength tests to ensure our mitered and cope and stick cabinet doors are some of the strongest in the industry. Foam panel spacers are used on the cabinet doors instead of rubber space balls, eliminating oil bleed through. Sizing/square is checked on two-axis Proscale QC tables; doors can’t pass to the next stage if they are not true to size and square. Raised panel cabinet doors are inspected for quality at 11 different stages. Doors are described in the latest catalog. (866) 585-7623. TaylorCraftDoor.com
